The copywriter either acts like a genius, steals ideas, fakes spontaneity, changes agencies like socks, fools you into paying him a huge salary, sucks up to every boss, tricks the brief, points that it's his concept, argues until you wisely give up, kills the deadlines. OR he does know smart, looks for original ideas, has a revelation every now and then, motivates himself, is content with a yearly raise, praises you if you deserve it, worships briefs, shares his ideas with teammates, masters argumentation, juggles with time pressure. Errr, I select the second option. |
